Bruno's Bike Parts - Frequently Asked Questions What is your business philosophy? Simply put: We try to treat our customers the same way we would like to be treated when we buy merchandise. Why should I buy from Bruno’s Bike Parts? We are a small, family owned and operated business. We take great pride in everything that we do. Our customers are not numbers, but real people. As motorcycle enthusiasts ourselves, we know that when you buy something on the Internet your concerns are that you want your merchandise at a reasonable price, you want it fast, and you want it to be quality. Do you have a motorcycle dealership or brick and mortar store? No, we are an Internet based company. By not having a store we keep our overhead at a minimum therefore passing the savings onto you the customer. Can I pick up my merchandise? If you live in our area, or would like to pick up your merchandise, you can pick your items up. All we ask is that you call prior to stopping by and make arrangements first. Please note that if you do pick your merchandise up that in the state of Pennsylvania all merchandise is taxable at a rate of 6%. Do you sell other items besides those on your website? Yes, we carry many other items, but space limits us to just our best sellers. If there is an item by one of our manufacturers that you are interested in, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a price quote. Will you ship products Internationally? Yes we will. Please e-mail us with your shipping information before placing an order and we will give you a shipping quote. Do you support the Motorcycle Community? Yes! We are members of the American Motorcycle Association, Goldwing Road Riders Association, and Christian Motorcycle Association. Thank you for your interest in our company.
